Recycling of garden waste using compostable bags initiative
KCC is making a supply of biodegradable bags available to Cartmel and Coniston Residents
Please contact Ruth Crawford at #9 via email or phone to arrange and get the quantity you need
Store the filled bags on your property and put the bags out on Thursday morning for pickup by KCC
Please no twigs, stones or large branches only grass, flowers, leaves etc.

This is a group of concerned residents from different Kendals across the country. Originally founded because of concern over climate change, this group has expanded and evolved to include education, greening Kendal campuses so that they achieve carbon neutrality and advocacy.
